Once confirmed, orders are immediately processed and cannot be canceled. If you need a change, please reach out within 2 hours. Otherwise, you can initiate a return once the order is delivered (see Returns).

Domestic (U.S.): Standard Ground (via USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground): 3 - 7 business days on average. Expedited/Domestic 2-day or overnight options are available at an additional cost. International: Standard international shipping takes 7 - 21 business days, depending on customs and destination. Express international delivery options are available for faster service.

You have 7  days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Return shipping is free within the USA. For international returns, the customer covers return postage.
