Ordering & Account

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Not at all! You can check out as a guest for a fast purchase. Creating an account, however, allows you to:

  • Track orders and easily check re-order history
  • Save billing and shipping addresses for faster checkout
  • Access exclusive perks like early promotions

How can I place an order?

  1. Browse and select your size, color, and quantity.
  2. Add to cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping/payment info.
  4. Receive an order confirmation via email.

Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?

Once confirmed, orders are immediately processed and cannot be canceled. If you need a change, please reach out within 2 hours. Otherwise, you can initiate a return once the order is delivered (see Returns).

I forgot my password—how do I reset it?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to you.

Shipping & Delivery

 Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide. At checkout, you can select your destination country, and shipping rates will be calculated accordingly.

How long will it take?

Domestic (U.S.):

  • Standard Ground (via USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground): 3–7 business days on average 
  • Expedited/Domestic 2-day or overnight options are available at an additional cost.


International:

  • Standard international shipping takes 7–21 business days, depending on customs and destination.
  • Express international delivery options are available for faster service.

Are there additional customs or import fees for international orders?

Yes. Any customs or duties incurred during import are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?

Upon dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package’s journey. You can also check your order status in your account under "My Orders".

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

  • You have 7  days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • Return shipping is free within the USA. For international returns, the customer covers return postage.

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

  1. Contact us via email or chat with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll email a prepaid return label or instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund/exchange is processed within 7–14 days.

Can I return sale or discounted items?

  • Items on promotion up to 50% off are eligible for return.
  • Final sale items (discounted over 50%) are non-returnable.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Sorry about that! Please send photos of the item and package within 3  days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes size information, but if unsure we are happy to help via chat or email!

What if a size doesn’t fit well?

No problem! Use our returns policy to exchange for a different size. Ensure it meets the return conditions above.

Pricing & Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), UPI, net banking, and wallets like Paytm and Google Pay.

Do prices include taxes?

  • For domestic orders within the USA
  • International orders: Prices are exclusive of local VAT/duties, billed at the border.
