Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?

Once confirmed, orders are immediately processed and cannot be canceled. If you need a change, please reach out within 2 hours. Otherwise, you can initiate a return once the order is delivered (see Returns).

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide. At checkout, you can select your destination country, and shipping rates will be calculated accordingly.

Domestic (U.S.): Standard Ground (via USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground): 3 - 7 business days on average. Expedited/Domestic 2-day or overnight options are available at an additional cost. You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Return shipping is free within the USA. For international returns, the customer covers return postage.
