Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (US & Puerto Rico)
- Free shipping on all orders of $100 or more!
- Flat rate shipping of $6.00 for orders under $100.
- Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.
- We ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 10–21 business days for delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs clearance.
Return Shipments Once a return label has been issued, the item must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 3 days. Items shipped outside this window may not be accepted and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
